Ja, mye jobb er ikke alltid...</title><content type='html'>Lykke til i Egersund.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ja, mye jobb er ikke alltid bra for treninga, men treninga er bra for å orke å jobbe mye!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nå som jeg er mørbanket og ikke i treningsmodus, jobber jeg ekstra mye. Gleder meg til å ta ut noe av dette i ekstra fri når jeg tåler å trene igjen. Første gang jeg så ruta stipulerte jeg at jeg selv ville bruke 34 timer med på den enn på KR, dvs 13-14 timer.&lt;br /&gt;Jeg ser du har satt opp start 06 og seneste målgang 22. Det betyr vel at det trengs lykt både ved start (for alle) og målgang (for mange?). Har du vurdert å starte enda tidligere, og legge makstiden til beregnet solnedgang? Løpet totalt sett vil bikke over 70 km og 2.000 høydemetre. Mine problemer var knyttet til en infeksjon i foten og jeg regner med den blir borte i løpet av relativt kort tid. Likevel, jeg må løpe en del km for å blir klar til lange løp. Prøver igjen:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Det er irriterende med ny plage, men slik er løperlivet. Hele tiden en balansegang i forhold til hva, hvordan og hvor mye trening og valg av utstyr.&lt;br /&gt;Jeg anbefaler å løpe på flatt underlag til akhilles er bra igjen. Jeg har også dårlig erfaring med nye fulldempede sko, men vet ikke om du har tatt i bruk noe slikt denne våren. For meg har det alltid funket best med såkalte lettvektsko - event. med innleggsåle (G.Waitz).
